PHP Web Developer

The PHP Web Developer is responsible for the creation and implementation of a wide variety of Web-based products using PHP, JavaScript, MySQL and AJAX. Read below for more details on the qualifications and experience required for this position.

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Bachelors in Computer Science / EE / CE. Masters preferred
• 1-3 yrs experience with PHP / project-internship equivalent
• Must have work samples of independently developed PHP websites
• Knowledge of Linux, MySQL and Apache (LAMP)
• Knowledge of AJAX, JavaScript and jQuery
• Framework CodeIgniter, Zend or cakePHP
• Candidates with exposure to high traffic websites and scalability issues are preferred
• Able to work well individually and with a team
• Willing and able to put in extra hours to meet tight deadlines
• Motivated by writing great software
