The Preferences section allows you to configure your IBackup account settings. Preferences can be accessed from theIBackup menu bar or by clicking the username at the top-right corner of the IBackup application screen.

You can perform the following functions:
  • Enable Continuous Data Protection: Automatically recognizes the changes made to files present in your backup set and backs them up in real-time (by default).
  • Change default backup location: Change the backup location of the files/folders in your account.
  • Time Machine backup: Backup the Time Machine data to your account.
